I NEED HELP!!!

I really hope that this gets the attention of someone who can help me. I am looking for an extremely small linux distro to run on a single-board 386 computer. What I need as a minimum is serial port communication for up to 4 ports plus the ability to access a hard drive formatted as FAT.
